Azure Vision Care is hiring! Position includes answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling, collecting and verifying insurance benefits and other patient demographics, accepting and applying payments, coordinating surgical scheduling, and other office duties. Will help maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations, and assist with medical administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents. Previous experience in an optometric office or health care field preferred, but we are willing to train. Position will also include occasional help in our optical department and working with patients. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work independently required. Position would be in our Wadena location, with travel to our Perham location for fill in as needed. Email resume to [email protected], or drop off at office.
