Dye-Sublimation. One shirt at a time…slower process than a screen print but is much faster with fewer shirts. The inks will work on Polyester materials only. But look how vibrant and bright they are. Not a cut and sew operation. Just standard front and back print.

The process for screen printing is an art-form in itself. Benefits of screen printing are longevity of the print, soft hand feel, comfort and price. Printing speeds can go extremely fast!! Did you know the world record for printing shirts is a whopping 2,139 shirts an hour!! Held by Luis Omar Viera in 2013. CRAZY!! I hope you enjoy this video and give us a like and follow for the print we did for our friends at PLACES Hawaii. Hats off to our crew on another great printing project!
