Another happy customer! Using her current red brown classic furniture, I refreshed it to fit in with her new home, giving it a newer style look that can totally work! This gave her lots of ideas and is now implementing the tips I gave her.😊 An affordable way to hire a designer!

We don't even have to be in the same state for me to help you out! A client of mine didn't know what to do with her space, and didn't want to change her wall color or get rid of some of her furniture, so I just worked with what she had as she was at a loss of what to do. Check out the before and after photos! She just sent me some photos, and I made her a rendering with design ideas for her to implement. Just one of the services I provide!

*UPDATE: SOLD (1st day 2 offers, 2nd day 2 offers)** It was only 20 min in when this house went live before an interested buyer decided to schedule their first viewing. I cannot stress to you how important great photos, the right staging, having seller knowledge, and a really great agent can get you multiple showings.

This house was put on the market 3 days ago today, and already 3 out of the 4 buyers have mentioned putting in offers (the 4th buyer’s feedback who didn’t offer scored this a 5 out of 5, but it was too big for them.. that’s not a bad thing).

We have 3 more scheduled showings today, still with other potential buyers to come by! This is a play by play so I will let you know what happens next!

Outdoor furniture too expensive? Here’s an idea. Just buy it used! I purchased this outdoor set for $45 (chairs for $10 each, and $25 for the table). Then, just refinish! See below before and after.
