Here is the answer.
Ben Lawrence is a friend who is a Firefighter in Milton Freewater. He was on the fire the day homes & properties were lost. He said that was so discouraging. He was working the fire on his 21st wedding anniversary. I can't thank all of them but I chose Ben to say thank you to.

I only have 4 Neck Coolers ready to go to anyone who needs one or more. They are $10 each.
If you bought one of my neck coolers, please read this.

These tiny little seed size beads are what a Neck Cooler starts out with. I put them in that bowl & they swell up to fill the entire bowl. That is what you are feeling inside your Neck Cooler.
The Neck Cooler will be pretty full when you get it. If you don't intend to use it right away, hang it somewhere to dry. Do not leave it in the plastic bag you got it in. As it dries the beads will shrink and you will notice more space in your Neck Cooler. Before you use it, soak it in cold water, even ice water to make it the coldest. DO NOT FREEZE the Neck Cooler. The beads will break down & ruin it.

It will completely fill up again each time you soak it. Always hang it when you aren't using it to give it a chance to dry.
We put ours in ice water or the fridge for maximum coolness. When it starts to get warm, run it under cold water to cool it down.
We rinse it in mild soap once in awhile, but be sure to rinse out all the soap & it shouldn't need that very often.
Enjoy for a long, long time.

I seriously HATE FB. I just did a post about NOT Freezing the water balls in your Neck Cooler. I hit post & a message came up saying something went wrong, try again later. Ugghhhh!!
DO NOT freeze the neck coolers, the water balls crack & start breaking down. Instead I recommend putting them in the fridge or in a bowl or bucket of ice water for maximum coolness.
Now we know.

Help me out Readers. YOU are my customers, you are my pay check, motivation, vacations. My beautiful sewing machine & I can & do anything. The world economy sucks right now I understand that. But still there are things you need and I try to make them, but I guess I'm not good at guessing what anybody needs. I started making Neck Coolers because Missy who I usually send yo to has her hands so full right now, so I jumped in to help. It seems that need has fizzled out. Alterations keep me busy.
Since I started my business 39 years ago I have made custom costumes, costume rentals, costumed balloon deliveries, balloon decorating, magic shows, events, masks, tote bags, hot pads, towels, gnomes, planters, painted rocks, painted windows, neck coolers, bowl cozies, potato warmers, crafts, memory pillows and a mini train for events.
I have some projects to finish for customers but what would you like to see? I feeling lost right now & could use your suggestions.
