I had this typed up and ready to post July 1st, but of course Facebook doesn’t like me and due to the fact, I spelled checked it deleted my entire post that I had spent about thirty minutes typing, so I just took the time now to redo.
Thank you all for the opportunity for Lasting Impressions and TNA Sales to service your Boutique and hand-crafted items it is a pleasure to work with each of you in the past and we look forward to working with you all now and long into the future. July is normally a new business year for most and we normally take the time to reintroduce or update business charges and rules. We as in I 99.9% of the time I am running everything with Aireeana presenting her ideas or assistance from time to time. We value each and everyone and without your support and love of our time and effort that we pour into our items we wouldn’t be able to do this. We Thank you everyone as we strive to make sure you all receive the very best service and quality items hence all the hours, I pour into researching to make sure we are getting great quality at a reasonable price. We have been working on the website www.tnasaleslastingimpressions.com to update the shipping and start adding more boutique items, but first and foremost any items that are added to the website will go through this group first and some items will only be listed in this group due to shopify rules. With the fuel costs rising we are continuing to find the best shipping platform to use, and we have also partnered with UPS beginning August 1st we will go between them and USPS to provide the best shipping charges to you. In the past it was a flat rate, but due to continuous rising costs we were going in the hole, so we are now going by shipping weight and zip codes when manually entering orders to give you close to shipping costs as possible. As for the website and ordering from there we are entering the weights of each item and when checking out it will pull the costs of weight for actual average cost of shipping weight so the costs will vary there and will not tie to shipping zones. I am working with Shopify to figure out the best alternative to that without raising fees for apps on our end. In the past when someone presented something to us and wanted to see if we could recreate or make we went gung-ho and started working on design without taking a deposit and charging a fee for our time, work or effort to recreate a item and most times people would order, but of course you have the few that would thank you and love it and they were waiting to get paid etc. well that payday never came for them and of course we didn’t secure that order and we were out of valuable time we put into said design yeah maybe we didn’t actually waste a cup or tee shirt or what the case may have been, but out time is very important to us and we could have been working on something else. In saying that beginning July 1st no design will be created or file will be purchased without payment. If you have any questions regarding this, feel free to send us a private message. All of our boutique items are on a pre-order basis as one we don’t have the space to store inventory and two we don’t want to stock Boutique items and then not sell as we would be out of money that and most every online business is pre-order prepay basis we may and some point in future when we secure a bigger building stock some items, but at this time the only on hand items are, coffee mugs, tumblers, and other hand crafted items. Here at Lasting Impressions, we make every effort to have a fast TAT (turnaround time) and in general on hand crafted items sometimes tend to take a bit longer depending on what you’re wanting so we ask that you give us up to 15 business days (Monday-Friday) to create design and finish your items to ship out or pick up. The 15 business days is a just in case we normally don’t require that long, but some vendors may have an issue such as our tee shirt vendor or design vendor, so we ask to give up to 15 business days as for Boutique items we generally list on the post what the required TAT is for those items. PLEASE IF YOU CLAIM SOMETHING PLEASE PAY INVOICE EITHER AS SOON AS IT IS SENT, BUT NO LATER THAN FRIDAY OF THE CURRENT WEEK CUTOFF TIME IS NOON EST. IF INVOICE IS NOT PAID BY THAT TIME YOUR ITEMS MAY NOT MAKE IT ON THAT ORDER. IF YOU DO NOT PAY INVOICE, WE WILL LET ONE TIME SLIDE THE SECOND TIME YOU WILL BE REMOVED AND YOUR NAME WILL GO ON THE BAD APPLES GROUP OF THE ONLINE WOLD AS A PERSON THAT CLAIMS ITEMS AND DOESN’T PAY. We don’t like to do this, but you know when you get paid you know your finances, we don’t! This is our financial wellbeing this is how we eat and if were thinking this is what we have coming in only to have you ghost an order well that is disrespectful and something as an adult you just don’t do! We offer Sezzle, we offer Shop Pay as well as PayPal and accept almost every form of credit or debit card if you go to the website and scroll to the bottom of the screen it should be listed there of the payments we accept. We DO NOT accept CHECKS We Do Not Accept COD and all orders are to be paid online if you don’t have a card you can go to the local dollar store or pharmacy almost any big box stores carry rechargeable cards as we are a business and to appease Uncle Sam everything must be accounted for in the business world.
