If see the world through my lens was a person it would be Gordon Parks! ▪️A photographer based in New York who used his camera as a weapon to showcase black America through perspectives that only Gordon Parks could capture through his influence and charm. ▪️His photography showed black America in a more positive light by humanizing and displaying each persons character through the depth of his photos all while telling their stories in the 70s. ▪️Gordon Parks photography was very pivotal during the civil rights movement.
