Moonlit Petrichor is a place where the creative outcasts thrive. In 2020 I started Moonlit Petrichor as a way to sell the overabundance of soap I had created. Not sure what to expect. 2 years later I found my first location and expanded Moonlit to welcome other local artists. It doesn’t stop there. I also carry a carefully curated selection of handmade candles all made in house by yours truly, fea

turing 20-30 custom blends you won’t find anywhere else. Along with of coffees, teas, incense, seeds, tarot cards and books. All sourced from small businesses that are either, woman owned, based in the Midwest, and/or LGBTQ friendly. And all ethically sourced and cruelty free! As a whole, Moonlit Petrichor is a chill, eclectic, boutique, located in a small Missouri town. Where authenticity and ethical standards matter. Where my love for animals shines through my cruelty free practices. Along with welcoming the weird and misplaced artists. At Moonlit Petrichor we believe in equality and love and acceptance for all. Prepping for a soap restock. Question: do we like the current confetti soap fragrance? Or should we go back to rose? The current fragrance is a Eucalyptus, Lavender.

Also, what are some soap fragrances you haven't seen me carry, but would buy if I made them? Keep in mind, money is tight without the shop. I prefer to make things I already have rather than buy new fragrances at this time.

Today was the worst! That humidity was too much, my cooling fan would not keep ice, my back is still out since Monday, Bobby had to work (thank goodness for great neighbors), and the heat driving people away.. I'm over not having my own space! Its time!

But I will keep showing up, I will keep putting in the effort. The longer I wait the more greatful I'll be when it happens.

It was nice seeing you all (I hope everyone made it home safely), it's always nice to meet new friends and see my people. But vampires aren't meant to do summer! I'm ready for fall!

Thank you Herbal Nook for the help! My tiny car made it home with no casualties. On to the next!

Come shop some of your favorite boutiques tomorrow from 10-4! I will be located at the Warrensburg Farmers' Market. Jan Marie's Crafts will be doing her GRAND OPENING over at 116 W Gay, right next door to the manor. Don't forget to visit Gunzil & Bowser Children’s Bookstore while you're over there! And Birkin Brewing Co. will be at Marmee's located in the Glasscock shopping center. And yes, of course I will have Christmas candles at the Market!

Don't forget to make the trip to K**b Noster to bid farewell to In The Attic Designs this will be her final day of operation. Let's make this a day to remember, shall we?!
