Hello everyone! Welcome to Hammy Goes Nuts where I do a little bit of everything as a severe ADHD girlie! I am working on a future project that I will focus on more when I get it up and running for my business, however, until then I am using my talents and knowledge to do odds and ends to save money for school.
I have a bachelors degree in medicine and have been in the medical field for about 7 years. I am currently working towards a career as a provider in sports medicine or ortho!
I am offering tutoring for anyone who needs it. There will be an hourly rate but DM me if interested or need help in a subject listed and we can work out a price!

I am doing a BOGO 10 deal limited time only!

The deal is a buy one session get one session for $10 off!

Rules are as follows:
- deal applies for the dates 7.29.26 - 8.16.26
- only applies for lessons scheduled back to back (example you schedule a lesson for 2 hours one day you get the second hour for $10 off this is due to me traveling to you)
- Limit one per week per household (gives others the opportunity to use it too)
- you can use it for multiple athletes in the same session but still has to be consecutive or back to back

INTRODUCING TRAVELING PRIVATE LESSONS!

Hello everyone! You all know me by A's Athletics which I still currently have but rebranded to fit my overall personality.

A LOT of people have been messaging and inquiring about doing private lessons.

I have put a lot of thought and am excited to announcement that I am offering TRAVELING private lessons! You heard it! I will be traveling to you to teach your athlete!

There are some business updates and things have changed slightly! Here are the new updates:

- First come first serve: because I am limited on space and availability there might be a waitlist for lessons. This is because school is my full time priority.
- ONLY TUMBLING: because I will not be coaching out of a facility and will be traveling to your residence I will only be coaching tumbing.
- Payments will be made by the session and will include travel fees, because I am traveling to you

Hi Y'all!

I wanted to come on here and give a life update!

My name is Amber and I own "Hammy Goes Nuts" which is formerly known as A's Athletics. I am a former competitive gymnast who trained cheerleaders and gymnasts for a very LONG time.

Recently, I started a very rigorous program, which will carry me all the way through to where I end up as an NP. With this being side I am officially having to step back on training and solely focus on my career in medicine.

I am NOT quitting the business just changing things around a smidge. Instead of training I am designing clothes that are centered around sports, fitness, mental health, and more and selling them here. I am hoping to launch this year! I am working on so many designs and getting ready so I can ship orders and all the things!

Life is SO HARD right now with being in this program, but it is well worth it and fulfilling. “Hammy Goes Nuts” will allow me to still be creative, have fun, and provide clothing and apparel locally to the community based on interest.

Designing and making them myself is also a way for me to step away from my crazy life and do something fun at the same time as providing for my family!

I will be accepting pre-orders and will be announcing those at a later date so stay tuned!

I do have a growing TikTok as well that is centered around mental health so feel free to check that out!

This will turn into my business page for “Hammy Goes Nuts” just like it was for A’s Athletics!
