Victor Wear

Victor Wear Victor Wear is a line of inspirational clothing created with a goal of providing employment and empowerment opportunities to the autism community.

I had one inspiration for Victor Wear: My amazing teenage son, Isaiah. He’s a bright, good-hearted lovable young man with high-functioning autism. He can sing, voice act, code video games, and create Picasso-style paintings. But despite all his amazing gifts, the reality is that he, like millions of other people with disabilities, will struggle in the working world. The vast majority of autistic

adults are either unemployed or underemployed. But they are far from unemployable. Isaiah and I created Victor Wear, an inspirational activewear brand, to show the world just that. The mission of Victor Wear is to empower and employ the autism community. We fulfill this mission by:

*Selling apparel that inspires resilience
*Empowering victors - 10% of every Victor Wear product sold goes to Special Olympics.
*Creating a vibrant victor community that shares motivational content and inspire each other. Join us in our movement to inspire, empower and spread victor vibes - victorwear.com.

If you’re new here, Hi, I’m Isaiah. 💙

I’m an autistic teen and co-founder of Victor Wear. Growing up, people often saw my autism before they saw my abilities. But my mom believed in me enough to help me build something meaningful. She saw my strengths, encouraged my ideas, and reminded me that being different never meant being less.

That belief became Victor Wear. A brand and a mission to create more opportunities for the autism community and show what’s possible when people are given a real chance.

Thanks for being here and supporting this journey.

As an autistic teen, I know what it feels like when people focus more on your differences than your abilities.

But I also know how powerful it can be when someone gives you a real chance.

When my mom and I started Victor Wear, it wasn’t just about creating a clothing brand. It was about creating opportunities - for me, and for others in the autism community who deserve to be seen for what they can do.

Starting this brand gave me confidence, purpose, and a voice.

It showed me that being autistic doesn’t limit what I can build or become.

That’s why this mission matters so much to me.

Because opportunity can change everything. 💙

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms out there!

Today, we especially celebrate the mothers who advocate, support, encourage, and believe in their children every single day.

Victor Wear exists because one mom looked at her autistic son and saw possibility instead of limitation.

My Mom Tiffany believed in my strengths, supported my dreams, and helped turn that belief into a mission that continues to impact the autism community today.

Thank you, Mom, for always believing in me, encouraging me, and reminding me that being different never means being less. 💙

To every autism mom and every mother creating space for their children to thrive:

THANK YOU.

Your love, patience, and belief matter more than words can say.

Dr. Temple Grandin shared stories of autistic individuals she met who are using their unique ways of thinking to innovate, solve problems, and create incredible things.

Her message was clear: autistic minds bring real value to the world.

Too often, people focus on limitations instead of strengths. But different ways of thinking can lead to breakthroughs, creativity, and ideas that change industries.

That’s why opportunity matters so much.

Because when autistic individuals are given the chance to explore what they’re good at, amazing things can happen. 💙

4 Years Strong!

Tiffany here. This month marks our 4th year of Victor Wear.

Four years of growth with amazing people advocating for the autism community.

And none of this would be possible without you.

When Isaiah and I started this in 2022, it was never just about apparel. It was about creating real opportunities. About changing how the world sees autism. About building something that could empower, employ, and uplift.

Today, that vision is growing into something bigger than we imagined. A community. A movement. A mission that continues to open doors and challenge what’s possible.

Thank you for being part of our journey. 💙

This Autism Awareness Day, let’s remind ourselves that it is more than just understanding what autism is.

It’s about choosing acceptance. It’s about seeing ability, not just differences. And it’s about creating real opportunities for people like me to grow and thrive.

Because when we’re given a chance, we don’t just participate, we contribute, build, and make an impact.

Let’s move from awareness to acceptance. 💙

Isaiah here. April is Autism Acceptance Month 💙

For me, being autistic is part of who I am. It doesn’t take away my ability to learn, grow, or build something meaningful. It just means I experience the world a little differently.

What makes the biggest difference isn’t changing people like me. It’s creating a world that understands us, supports us, and gives us real opportunities to thrive.

At Victor Wear, we’re not just raising awareness. We’re pushing for acceptance, inclusion, and action.

Let’s keep building a future where everyone is seen, valued, and given a chance.

✨ You don’t have to be perfect at everything to succeed. - Dr. Temple Grandin, Autism Advocate

During her talk at Victor Wear Expo 2025, Dr. Grandin shared how she barely graduated school, avoided math whenever she could, and even needed tutoring in statistics.

Her grades weren’t perfect.

But she leaned into what she was good at psychology, biology, and writing, and built a remarkable career from those strengths.

Her story is a powerful reminder that success doesn’t come from being good at everything.

It comes from discovering your strengths and using them with confidence.

Different paths.

Different strengths.

Endless possibilities. 💙
