We seek a myriad of talented designers to bring their ethnic influences to modern silhouettes and product lines by using traditional patterns or ingredients. With a mantra of “Bridging cultures, building futures…creatively,” the aspiration of Nubian Hueman is to flourish into a multi-faceted brand that provides a retail conduit to a target market of African-oriented fashionistas and art enthusiast

Only 3 more days until we open our doors to We Remember In Pattern. A meditation on lineage and the unseen systems that shape identity featuring curated by Anika Hobbs of .

This is original art, tapestry, and fashion in one exhibit. A limited edition pop up featuring exclusive pieces from each artist will be available to exhibit visitors and then opens to the public on May 10th online.

We Remember In Pattern is how our ancestors read the stars, weavers held entire cosmologies in counted thread, and a community knew itself by the cloth it wore. It is the animating force behind all three practices represented in this exhibition across tapestry, textile, and paper featuring artists:
