I used to talk big s**t about myself when I woke up after 9AM. I would say: “You du***ss n***a, you did it again, like wtf is wrong with you, U-RAY” These words feed through our subconscious and contribute to a depressing day. It’s extremely important to feed your mind, body, & spirit with positive affirmations at your grand risings, so we can start our day with motivation & power to conquer all the tasks we set out. & Just be happy too 🤷🏾‍♂️
