In 2016 I decided to take the plunge and invest in a clothing business that I thought could supplement our income. Risk? sure. Reward? Big time. Never have I been happier with my decision to take a risk than this one (except maybe deciding to marry my husband.... but that really wasn’t much of a risk). I’ve gained friends, I’ve gained confidence in my ability to run a business and in myself. I’ve watched my friends blossom into women who love themselves a little bit more than they used to.
You see, I always loved shopping, but I never liked really wearing the clothes I bought. They weren’t really made for a curvy body, they always seemed to have just one body type in mind. My hips begged to differ. When I first tried on Lularoe Leggings, a perfect t, an Irma, it’s like I finally found my fit. Styles that were made to look good on a tween type body as well as on healthy curves and plus size silhouettes. Stretchy fabrics, generous sizing where needed, a diverse array of styles to fit many different tastes.
