FB wont let me add photos & a video at the same time...rgg... so this one gets is own post. The goal with a bustle is to get the train off the floor so the bride can dance without tripping & so others can't step on it. Sometimes it touches the floor, sometimes it comes up off the floor entirely, sometimes it drags on the floor just a little bit. This is all determined by the style of dress, the length of the train, & the personal preference of the bride. Each bustle is different.

This one eloquently shows a 3 point overbustle that just touches the floor or hovers over depending on how the bride moves!

I had the privilege of taking my oldest daughter to Wedding Angels in Portland yesterday to try on wedding dresses! No pictures of that experience... for obvious reasons... but I grabbed one of my youngest daughter & myself entering the doors. It was a fun day!

I can't remember the last time I've had an influx of Bridesmaids dresses & Prom dresses where I ALREADY had the exact color thread (or a close enough match) for EVERY single dress! I can have every color imaginable, & still not have the right one. I don't have to order any thread for these 6 dresses! Whoohoo!

Hot off the press... my brand new website! Hopefully this will answer some questions & help you determine if I'm the right fit for your wedding gown alterations!
