Rhythm and Roots Festival........visit our Kabuki Hats booth this weekend! These are "Soireé", my first named hat. 40 years ago, the gallery owner asked what do I call the hats he was about to sell.....I said, I don't know, what would YOU call it? He thought awhile, gazed at the hat, and said "Soireé". It stuck, and then I knew I needed to come up with names for my other hats too.

Lido,
Frizbi......
All still good sellers, 40 years down the road.

The Rhythm and Roots Festival features food and music from South Louisiana, in addition to a full line up of incredible bands and performers. It's a weekend of fun and friends, old and new! Kabuki Hats will be there, with many other craft vendors. It's one of our favorite music festivals!
