What's in your dye pot?! Last week I harvested bunches and bunches of SPEARMINT! Spearmint is one of my favorite plants to dye with. Easy to harvest, smells wonderful in a dye pot, and produces the most beautiful range of sage green. Stay tuned to see how this batch of roving turned out!

Lambing season has begun here We are three lambs in and this is only the beginning. One of the most exciting times of the year on the farm is spring! Aprils showers brings May flowers ... and lambs! We are expecting anywhere between 17 and 35 lambs this month! Each expecting ewe can give birth to 1 to 4 lambs. That's right quads! Last year we had one momma give birth to 4 beautiful lambs! Time will tell what this year's breeding will bring. We have some top notch mommas in our heard to I expect only the best! How many lambs do you think we will end up with this year!?
