Today August 14 th is the last day DMP Tailoring will take in new projects. My appointment book is full. I
will be retiring on October. I will still be busy finishing up all of the projects I have surrounding me in my
shop until then.
I have been blessed to have a career that I love and so many wonderful customers. I have albums full of
pictures of your weddings and thank you notes. You have blessed me my nominating me several times
for best of Madison. We have shared tears of happiness and tears of sorrow, from weddings to funerals.
With many of you.
Thank you for 44 years of trusting me to help you look your best, be it your first communion,
homecoming, prom, wedding, or just hemming your jeans. I liked to say if everyone was perfect I won’t
have a job. I think of many of you as friends and I will miss you and our wonderful chats.
I will be getting a new knee in October and look forward to spending more time with my girls and our
sweet granddaughter. I am sure you will see me somewhere volunteering as I look forward to doing lots
of that.
Feeling overwhelmed and blessed at the same time.
God bless,
Donna Mae Polley ( DMP Tailoring)
