Jennie and I had the honor of awarding US Army Chaplain Bill F. his Quilt of Valor. His long time friend Erin Lucci requested his quilt in honor of his service. Thank you for your service.

Piecers of the Heart had the honor of awarding Retired US Navy Darrell T. and his wife US Navy Debra T. there Quilts of Valor at the Ellis County Veterans Memorial. Thank you both for your service and welcome home.

Piecers of the Heart had the privilege to work with Ola Edwards 87 years of age in piecing a special quilt for a dear friend. She made all the counted cross stitch blocks and we got to make this into a Quilt of Valor. Ola Edwards awarded the quilt to US Air Force Lt. Col. Gregory Scott V. on May 7, 2022 in Athens, Texas. Such a special moment in honoring our military veterans.
