I took a 15 minute rowing class at HOTWORX Indian Trail. Am I as cool as YouRowKelsey yet?! Was anyone else watching her updates as she traveled the Pacific Ocean?! Absolutely inspirational! So my workout tonight was influenced by her. If she can row for 43 days, I better be able to do 15 minutes!
