An Update from The Local Thread
As The Local Thread continues to grow, we are always evaluating how we can best use our space to serve our customers and support the direction of our business.
With that in mind, we have made the decision to close our everyday T-Shirt Bar and transition the front of our shop into a Sample Showroom for our bulk-order customers.
The new showroom will allow customers to browse apparel samples in person, compare brands, colors and styles, feel different fabrics, and explore options before making selections for their business, school, team, organization or event. We believe this will make the bulk-order process easier and provide a better overall experience for our customers.
While the T-Shirt Bar will no longer be open daily, it isn’t going away completely! We plan to host select one-day T-Shirt Bar events throughout the year, including seasonal and special-event openings. We’ll announce those dates as they are scheduled.
Field trips will continue....with something new! Groups/Classes that schedule a field trip with us will have the opportunity to work with our team to create a custom print specifically for their visit. This allows us to continue offering the hands-on T-Shirt Bar experience while making each field trip a little more special.
We are grateful for everyone who has visited and supported the T-Shirt Bar. While it is bittersweet to see this part of our shop change, this transition reflects the continued growth of The Local Thread and allows us to dedicate our space to an area of our business that continues to expand.
As our business evolves, our space evolves with it, and we are excited to welcome you into the new The Local Thread Sample Showroom soon.
