This recent root clean up was about honoring the foundation while allowing the spirit of the locs to remain wild, earthy, and connected. Every bead, wrap, and texture tells a story of evolution and energy. ✨

1st pic
root clean up for his crown. Mostly he takes care of his own but the top can be tricky. Cleaned everything right up@in about 1.5 hours . He’s makes some killer pizza so@if you see his food truck around definitely check it out!

Root clean up and cut for@shayla. While long locs can be absolutely jaw dropping they can carrie weight with them. For some this can be painful or just make daily activities a struggle. We cut off about half the locks and added in some loose human hair ends. Results were much needed neck relief and comfortable.

Welcome to the dreaded side love!

Elizabeth was doing braid ins for awhile. We made of a new set with less curls then the first set.

While braid ins can be a great temp style if we do not remove they will start to lock on its own.

After we talked she had said she wanted to@go permanent with the next install.

We decided instead of brushing all all the baby locks that have started to form let’s just take the plunge today and this was just what she needed!

Absolutely love how everything turned out.

Root clean up and a loc trim for Bobby!

I have been doing root clean ups on Bobby and his wife for about a year now and love seeing this growth! But for some keeping at a manageable length is what works for them and I am here for all the different loc looks! Cleaned up his roots and gave those ends and ✂️ and tapered ends for a clean natural look.

Root clean up for .

We clean up her new growth and got everything back in to there proper sections. We removed some old wraps and added in some fresh colors. Absolutely love seeing this girls growth!
