The building in which we are located was built in the mid to late 1800s. The building features beautiful woodwork, including shelving and drawers which were used in the once popular General Store. “In recent years, interested citizens in the community formed a group to attract additional medical personnel to the area to serve the communities of Wayne, Bradner, and Risingsun. Under the name of Tri-Village Medical Clinic, Inc.; they purchased and remodeled a large brick building at 127 E. Bryant Street into offices. This facility is currently staffed by R. B. Rufo, M.D. and William Carroll, D.D.S.. Dr. Rufo graduated from Phillipine Medical College, served as an intern and fulfilled his residency at hospitals in Kentucky and Ohio. He is currently associated with Wood County Hospital in Bowling Green, Ohio. Dr. Carrol graduated from Ohio State University College of Dentistry in Columbus, and he and his family presently reside in Wayne.”
