All exchanges and returns must be accompanied by Sales Receipt

2. No refunds or exchanges after thirty (30) days from purchase date.

3. Worn merchandise will be returned to the manufacturer for repair or merchandise credit. No replacements will be issued by the Silver Spur until acknowledgement from manufacturer is received.

4. NO refunds on lay-a-ways over 30 days old.

5. All returns paid for

by check will be issued a Merchandise Credit until proof that check has cleared. We are closed on all major holidays. (New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)
