A few important reminders from the police department concerning July 4th:
*NO vehicle traffic will be allowed inside the road closure once the streets close at noon.
*Parking is prohibited in certain areas. Be mindful about where you choose to park. Parking is not permitted within a traffic lane or upon the traveled portion of a roadway, on the sidewalk, or blocking driveways. Research the ordinances in advance on Municode.com under section 28-95.
*To reiterate: NO pets, NO sparklers or other fireworks, NO alcohol.
*DO bring your lawn chairs, water, and good vibes—and let’s make it a night to remember!
