I opened my business in 2014 and wrote/published my first pattern in March of 2015. Since then I've created 217 unique designs and have had over 70 different testers (some are still with me from the beginning💜💜).
Those of you who have been here from the beginning know that my writing styles have changed and improved to meet the needs of all crocheters. I want the newest beginner to be able to follow my patterns. Over the next few months we'll be going through my patterns and revamping them so that all the writing styles match, all the yardage is listed in the same format, and most importantly for patterns that I designed around yarns that are now discontinued I will rewrite them for updated brands (this mostly affects the scoody patterns designed using funfur or lionbrand yarns). As each pattern is updated, you will recieve a message through Ravelry and I will also post the update here💜. Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey and I can't wait for you to enjoy what's yet to come!

Wow. Can't believe it's been 10 years since I created my pizza sleep sack blanket. That was such a wild ride. What started out as just a cool present for Mikeys birthday turned into my top selling pattern of all time (still to this day), top selling item in my shop in that year ( over 100 blankets made), and even got me featured on several websites and a podcast. It really launched my career and and all the amazing things I do now💜 The pattern originally started as a Jr kids size and now goes from newborn photoprop all the way up to plus size adults with multiple toppings💜 A💜 There are many imitations out there, but this is the original Pizza By the Slice blanket that started them all💜

I had a couple custom orders last week for cat hats for Marches, Teal for Survivors and Red because screw ICE. When I shared them in groups people asked for the pattern so the testers and I got busy. We named it the Survivor Cat No More Ice Hat!
This pattern includes 4 sizes: Toddler, child, teen, and adult and as always includes: yardage needed, the finished hat measurements, and head circumference measurements. It's live on Ravelry.

Every other day it looks like an assembly line💜 Adding the tassels, weaving in the ends, adding the paper clip, printing the labels and getting them on the envelopes, packing each hat with it's order form, adding the care instructions, adding a thank you signature to each and every one💜183 orders for these special hats, 109 left to go. Most of my days begin at 5am and end between 9 and 11pm as I crochet each order with love💜

172 orders (213 hats) total
29 orders (38 hats) finished in the first 2 weeks

I am crocheting 10 to 12 hours a day to get as many completed as quickly as possible and I thank all of my wonderful customers who are willing to wait up to 7 weeks for their orders to arrive. I was worried about getting enough yarn (Amazon is a joke right now) but I was able to find a supplier to order enough yarn to make all of these orders plus 28 more. I currently have 4 cases of red yarn stacked in my office with 3 more arriving today and more arriving tomorrow.
