I have focused on paper cutting/ collage- mosaics for the past 5-6 years. Whenever I see another artist working with tiny paper pieces my heart skips a beat and when I came across ’s Studio (Cozy Cottage Post ) I about lost it! Her collage art with teeny tiny pieces of vintage papers and more floored me! Her work is so unique and beautiful. I signed up for her snail mail club and have been anxiously waiting for her letter. I could not have been more delighted at all of the beautiful pieces she included . I cherish all of them and ESPECIALLY her collage print 🥹💖🙌. Her letter resonated so much too. With my mail club I’m experimenting with all sorts of new mediums not just paper mosaics possibly finding new styles. She is also on that journey 💜. I’ve been waiting to have the time to journal her letter in my book to share with you and here it finally is!! Go check out her work, you will be amazed! #

My son is graduating soon and I couldn’t be a prouder Ma. We took a little adventure to Florida Bird Sanctuary last year. It will forever be one of my favorite things we’ve done together. So June’s theme is really my way of honoring my 🥺🙌🎓 Nobo’s accomplishments and reliving that day while I’m creating this letter.

Which one is calling to you?
I’ve been slowly working on June’s letter, and this one is centered around sunlight ☀️
Inside will be a small cyanotype experiment—tiny image negatives, a piece of paper waiting to change, and space to play.
Along with it, I’ll be sending a zine, an original 5x7, and ACEO (not prints this month!) , and a handmade wrap.
If you had to choose, which one would you keep? I’d love to know.

I spent yesterday experimenting with cyanotype for the June art I will be sending out in June’s letter. It provided lots of discarded pieces that I am designing my letters (aka journal) with! Today I finished up the June Calendar spread! New subscribers have until May 25th to sign up in time for this letter!

I’m starting on journal art for June’s letter! I start out transforming an old planner into a new one with a twist for Paper Frippery my letters push me to experiment with mediums that I’ve wanted to learn and practice! This month I’m working with and the Journal will be created with mixed media to match the theme. I’m also changing up my letter format into a folded reversible zine!!! So one side will be journal pages and the other I plan on being my favorite cyanotypes from experimenting! They will be fun little prints you can save or cut out and use in your own journal! Today I’m laying down with watercolor pencils. letters are open until the 25th to receive JUNE’s letter! (Also the 5x7 AND ACEO will be ORIGINAL cyanotype in both tiers this month so each one will be one of a kind!

I had a great first market. I learned a lot about how to improve my set up and lots more info from my booth neighbors 🙌🥰. Next market this Saturday at Tiki Cove in Land O Lakes, FL!
