-15° wind chills, splitboard on my feet, and that quiet moment when the resort is almost empty ❄️
This is exactly why I knit my hats the way I do.
Merino wool, hand knit, no shortcuts - because when the wind is ripping and your face is frozen, the last thing you want to think about is whether your gear can handle it. This one did. Stayed warm, breathed well, and never came off, even on the skin track.
