Are you passionate about helping people see—and look—their best? Pro Optical is seeking a friendly, skilled Optician to join our team!
Position: Full-Time Optician
Location: West Lebanon, NH
Start Date: Immediately
About the Role:
As an Optician at Pro Optical, you’ll assist patients in selecting frames and lenses, perform fittings and adjustments, and ensure every customer receives outstanding service and care. You’ll work closely with our optometrists and support staff in a professional yet welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in choosing eyewear that fits their style, prescription, and budget
Fit, adjust, and repair frames
Verify prescriptions and lens specifications
Maintain accurate records and process orders
Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
Qualifications:
Previous optical or retail experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
Strong communication and people skills
Detail-oriented with great multitasking ability
Licensed Optician a plus but not required
