Quick backstory for those that are new here: In 2021 I was asked to design/update the Monroe Moccasins' classic logo for a possible rebirth of the team. The return would happen 3 years later with logos designed by a company out of Baton Rouge. With all of the buzz yesterday about the team debuting a new color scheme that is a complete shift away from anything the team has ever worn aside from a 2024 Halloween jersey - and all of the fanbase that chimed in with their AI-created takes on new uniforms - I decided I would revisit this one in the new color scheme.

Sad to announce that unfortunately the opening of our new retail space inside of HWY 425 Marketplace has been delayed by a few days to mid-next week. 😕

A few changes being implemented this morning.

From now on going forward, all orders will be paid for in-full before any work is done with the exception of design work, which is priced based on time involved and the exact price of which usually isn’t known until a project is over.

Going forward I will not accept customer-provided apparel or hats for decoration. On the rare occasion that something gets messed up I then have to replace the piece at my cost and often when a customer provides their own items it is of a brand and from a supplier that I do not use, making the replacement of the item and subsequent reprinting more cost to me than what the customer is originally paying.

Lastly, and I have mentioned this on here before and went away from it slightly but ultimately learned my lesson: If it is a brand or style that any of my main suppliers do not carry I will not open a new account with a supplier or brand just to fulfill one order, as experience has shown that every time this has been done they have been “one-off” orders and not worth the time and effort involved in setting up a new vendor. I have connections to Nike, Carhartt, North Face, Under Armour, New Era, Richardson, and more as well as every major blank apparel producer out there today and between those brands we should easily be able to find something to suit your needs.

I am truly grateful for each and every one of you these past two+ years but these changes needed to be implemented in order to streamline processes and ultimately offer a better experience for both myself and the customer/client.
