A year ago, I probably would have talked myself out of believing I belonged in this room.

Surrounded by incredibly accomplished women, sharing my story on a stage like this. Cue the imposter syndrome😅

But something has shifted.

I've realized that I don't need to have it all figured out to have something valuable to share. I've built things, made mistakes, taken risks, learned a LOT, and I'm still figuring it out as I go.

That experience is worth something.

Because the more we show up, share our stories, and take up space in rooms like these, the more we show the women coming behind us that they can too.

So here's to replacing "Who am I to be here?" with "Why not me?" 🩷

And to all the women still waiting to feel qualified enough to take that step, consider this your reminder that you don't need permission.

OMG 😱😱😱 2,500 orders 🎉🌱🩷🍾

What started as an idea between friends has grown into the most amazing community of supporters 🫶🏼 and a huge reason why I NEVER give up 😉

I knew there was a problem to be solved, but I truly had no idea the impact this brand would have on so many women 🥹

I can’t say thank you enough 🙏🏻 There would be no Piper with you 🫶🏼 and I would not be where I am today without the support of you all cheering me on throughout the past 2 years 🩷

Getting real with you all 🙈 but truly do need your feedback 🫶🏼😩🌱

As some of you might’ve seen, our latest shipment came in with an unfortunate quality issue for our soft V-neck tank restock 😭😭

While the fit and fabric are still amazing, I was not happy with the aesthetics of where the vneck comes together, so I decided to pull any units that did not pass my personal quality standard.

With that said, it’s still a GREAT item for those that love a sleeveless option (and it’s currently sold out online 🙈) so wanting your feedback: Would you still be interested in buying this item at warehouse sale pricing…say $25?

We have been waiting MONTHS for the shipment. Tracking it, talking about it, answering your DM‘s about it, counting down the days… And Wednesday 13 very large boxes finally showed up at our door😭📦

Bailey and I immediately got to work, unpacking everything and, for the most part, it was the moment we’ve been waiting for…

For the most part🙃

Let’s start with the good news because there is a lot of it!🫶🏼

✅Olive and Dusty blue are finally back.
✅Sleep dresses are restocked.
✅We added a brand new Evergreen sleep dress.
✅Our button-down got a wisteria moment.

And after staring at empty inventory for way too long, seeing those shelves fill back up, felt very good😭✨

And then we open those boxes…

One of the styles we were SO excited to bring back how to manufacturing issue we weren’t expecting.

Not exactly what you want to discover the day before one of your biggest restocks😅 But if something arrives and it isn’t up to the standard we expect for Piper & Mint, we’re going to tell you about it rather than pretend everything went perfectly.

Because sometimes small business ownership looks like pretty photo shoots and exciting launches… And sometimes it looks like me and Bailey standing over an open box going, “you’ve got to be kidding me“🫠
