Put 275 miles on the Ridge this weekend on our annual 2 day “lief peepin” ride through the mountains of WV.
We are running our new KKWI Clutching Clutch Kit for the Ridge, this is our Platinum Crew with 33” Kenda Klevers and it works awesome, lots of back road and highway running as well as trails.
Acceleration and power is improved and RPMs are in check, I’m very happy with what we’ve come up with along with KWI.

I wish I had gotten a video of climbing up this rock, the Ridge crawled right up it with no issue, as always pictures or videos don’t do it justice 😆

Want 15% lower gearing on your H2 without changing the primary clutch and still be able to hit 100 mph?

The KWI Clutching H2 Fusion secondary works great with the OEM Primary with the H2 Hyperdrive weights and Billet overdrive cap, of coarse the complete H2 Fusion package is better but if you can’t quite swing the price of the new primary this is a great option, we have ran this combo quite a bit on our shop H2 and it really performs.

With the H2 Fusion secondary you can run a factory length belt or a KRX length belt for 5% reduction or the PRO R belt for 15% reduction just by changing the belt which is easy with the included KWI belt tool.

The new Ridge clutch kits should be here next week, we will leave the preorder open until next week so save $75 by ordering now before they arrive, once they are in stock the retail price of the kit will be $550.

We have been working with KWI Clutching for several months designing and testing the new Ridge clutch weights, this kit will include our titanium wear plates to prevent weight pocket wear as well as our spring.

You can also add the Hyperdrive Billet overdrive plate or “bolt in weight pins” to the order.

KWI Hyperdrive weights and overdrive caps really wake up the H2.
Lower belt engagement, better grip, and increased acceleration.
The billet cap is much stronger than the OEM cast cap and fits properly unlike the OEM cap that fits loose and can allow the towers to flex (probably the cause of the clutch failures on the original primary)
It allows better cooling and provides more belt travel for increased top speed in high and low.

If you own a 24-25 Ridge 2 door model you are probably aware that the belt deflection needs adjusted occasionally to keep the belt engagement in check and prevent belt slipping.
This is accomplished by taking apart the secondary driven clutch and adding or removing shims to achieve the proper belt deflection.

We have a shim kit available with various thickness shims to fine tune your belt deflection.

Did 170 miles in the H2 on Saturday, running the KWI Clutching Fusion system, SP weights and ProR Belt giving 15% reduction and 33” Valor Tangos.
Infrared belt temp never went over 190 degrees even on speeds up to 90 mph, stayed right around 170 degrees most of the day running trails and back roads at 25-35 mph.
