* *PLEASE SHARE* Most people know that my husband Michael Brown (Brownie) died last October 15 from a wasp sting while he was golfing at a charity tournament. But what I think a lot of people don’t know is that my husband had been stung before but never had an allergic reaction. He did not have an EpiPen because there was never anything in his history to cause anyone to believe that it would ever be necessary. What happened to my husband could happen to anyone at any time.

The only thing that can save a person when they’re suffering from an anaphylactic reaction is epinephrine. That is the one medicine that can save somebody. But it has to be administered quickly enough in order to save a life. Mike died because it took too long for him to get that life-saving shot of epinephrine.

We need to make EpiPens more widely available in our communities because they save lives. And when it comes to anaphylaxis every second counts.

Over the past six months, I have been working with our local police department to make them available in their police cruisers. I am also working with local and state representatives to put forth legislation that will allow EpiPens to be more widely accessible and available in our communities. But in order for them to take me seriously, I need a show of support. That is where this petition comes in. Please take a minute to complete the petition to show that you support this mission to get EpiPens more widely accessible in our communities.

We can’t change what happened to Mike, but together, we can hopefully change the laws so this doesn’t happen again.

Thank you again so much for your support❤️ Link is in my bio🙏 Please share with anyone and everyone!
