Production Assistant (Part-Time)

Crafted MFG is hiring a Production Assistant. Reporting directly to the Operations and Production Manager, this person plays an important role in our day-to-day hat production operations. If you are someone who thrives in a creative environment, has an acute attention to detail and enjoys hands-on work, we encourage your application to join our team.

Responsibilities
    •    Warehouse management, including inventory organization
    •    Stocking shelves and maintaining production materials
    •    Operating laser engraving machinery
    •    Cleaning and preparing cut patches for decoration
    •    Assisting with general production and fulfillment as needed
    •    Shipping and receiving

Minimum Qualifications
    •    High School Diploma or GED
    •    Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
    •    Accountable with a strong commitment to embodying the company’s core values.
    •    Strong attention to detail and quality control
    •    Comfortable working independently and under direction of supervisor
    •    Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Preferred Qualifications
    •    Experience working in apparel, headwear, or production industry
    •    Experience processing shipping and receiving 

Schedule -
Crafted Mfg’s operating hours are Monday–Friday between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Employees are required to be onsite at our office in Westminster, Colorado. This position is part-time for 30 hours per week with the option to determine a flexible schedule with the hiring manager. 

Compensation -
$20–$24 per hour, depending on experience
