I hate when I forget to do a "before" picture! I remembered when I was appliquing the last piece. Anywho, this throw is another victim of a puppy trying to get comfortable. Always in the middle! Covered the damage with vintage fabric from my stash. Then tightened up many many loose seams from old thread coming apart. And an old button for a tiny hole. Nothing better than a vintage scrappy throw!

Ties make amazing quilts, but pair them with oriental print fabric and I think the results are pretty darn cool. I love when Laurie Rhodes brings me a project. This time her husband's ties. He had given me some fabric since he does not quilt anymore (the oriental pieces). I got that out and Laurie and I designed this quilt. The border we ordered online. I am very happy with how it finished!

I have to say I have the sweetest clients around. This lady came right away to pick up her quilt. I love how bright it is! Also, the two friends from KY came to pick up their two repairs I just posted. Fun ladies! Plus another person picked up their items (not sharing on social media). Bonus, everyone seemed happy with their projects! That's a record pickup day for me and very rewarding. Big thanks to all!🥰
