Galaxy Pageant Productions Galaxy Pageant Productions strives to make every contestant feel special, because they are all special and unique in their own way. We also have runner ups.

No one ever goes home without a trophy & gift. We have been directing, judging, and promoting pageants for the past 28 years. Galaxy has seen many changes to the pageant industry, and was among the first many years ago to promote natural pageants. Our pageants today are varied and we try to do unique and different types of pageants, yet make them affordable. We still consider ourselves a natural p

ageant system, although a semi-glitz dress can be worn. We ask that you wear age appropriate make-up, no hair pieces, no flippers, and nothing fake! You will always be given your score sheets. We are the first to admit that we do not always agree with our judges, but their opinion is what we pay them for, so we abide by their choices. We are also unique in that we award contestants for being loyal Galaxy participants. At the last pageant of the year, we have an awards ceremony to name our Overall Queens for the last year. We keep master score sheets from each pageant and the contestants with the highest combined score is awarded this honor. The secret to earning a lot of points, is to do every pageant. We also award kids for doing at least 6 of our pageants in a one year period, beginning with the first pageant of the new year and ending with the Christmas Extravaganza. They are named “Galaxy Kids” and we have a couple of get togethers each year to just have fun! We would love for you to come and give us a try and get on the fast track to becoming a “Galaxy Kid”!

I have tried to answer all of the comments and kind words concerning my laying down the microphone, but it seems that even thought I remarked to each one individually, it doesn't always go to that person. Hopefully you can see a comment that refers to you.
My computer is acting crazy as it does at times.

Clarification Post.
Galaxy is still up and very much running. Lawana is retiring, however Maryann, Heather, and Jessica will still be operating the system. We will miss Lawana, but rest assured she will be attending many of our events to see you all.

Well...the time has come for me to retire! Maryann and myself started Galaxy Pageants in 1988. I have seen many changes to the pageant world since that time.
There are many memories such as seeing Christmas decorations in a strangers yard, and knocking on the door to ask if we could borrow them.....They said yes! Of course we returned them with our heartfelt gratitude. I guess they figured if we were bold enough to ask, then we could be trusted!
Back when we had to cut off registration for the West Georgia Fair, at 100 kids, and 40 teens.....that was awesome, but lots of work. We advertised bikes and big wheels for ticket sales and we had so many we had to set up at the fairgrounds on the Sunday before to take all of the sales. The next week we had to go around to different towns to find enough bikes, and especially big wheels to fill the sales.
When we first started, we did pageants in different towns and would go around to convenience stores and put up fliers to advertise.
There are many stories I could tell you, but no time to write a book.....
What I will take away most is the friends I have made and how awesome it is to see ladies who did Galaxy as kids, bring their kids back to participate with us.
I am 75 years old and just cannot physically continue setting up and cleaning up for pageants. I will definitely come to some pageants to see all the smiling faces of children I have come to love.

Spots are going fast for the first 15 entries for Boo Fest. Those who have sent forms and deposits will receive a $10.00 Galaxy Buck to be used only on Candy Cane Extravaganza.
The Galaxy Buck cannot be transferred to another contestant.
Remember.....this is only available to the first 15 entries and you must send a deposit to be eligible!

Just a Head's Up.....The first 15 entries into Boo Fest with a paid deposit, will receive a $10.00 Galaxy Buck to use toward Candy Cane Extravaganza!
You cannot transfer it to another contestant,... it must be used by the one who earned it. If you have already entered and paid your deposit, you will be in the count.
Remember, you must have filled out the entry form and paid the deposit to be eligible .Looking forward to seeing all the little goblins on October 11.
If you want to do Best Wishes, go ahead and pay the deposit and you can add to it in order to be included in the Galaxy Buck promotion!

Hope everyone is having a great summer!
If you have paid your deposit and have not filled out your entry form for Country Bumpkin ,please do so!
Please check out the info for our upcoming pageant on August 16th on our website @ www.galaxypageantproductions.com.
We are looking for girls ages 0-12. A fun pageant to let your country out on the stage! We will include teens with at least 3 entered and paid deposits by the deadline.

Just a reminder that if you have entered the Mini National and have not paid your $50.00 deposit, please send it in to hold your spot!
This pageant cost us a lot of money, and we need your deposits to pay for all of the awards and toys.
We look forward to seeing all the beautiful girls on June 7th!
