Did you know? 🤔

I HATE QUICKBOOKS.

Nothing humbles you quite like owning a business and spending an hour trying to figure out why QuickBooks thinks $23.91 materialized out of thin air. 😂

At this point, I don’t do bookkeeping. I just click things and hope the IRS can feel my intentions.

The end.

Quick little “Made to Order” explanation ❤️ because it means different things at different businesses.

When you order from RFC, your items usually aren’t sitting on a shelf waiting to ship — I make them after you order. That can mean printing mold housings or charms, pouring silicone, waiting for cure times, baking freshies, assembling pieces, etc.

And as much as I wish I could produce and deliver like Amazon… it’s literally just me making RFC move. 😂 I’m the designer, maker, printer operator, silicone pourer, painter, packer, customer service, and shipping department all rolled into one.

That’s also why I generally can’t rush or expedite orders. I work orders in the order they’re received, and moving one ahead means pushing someone else’s back. Plus, paying extra unfortunately doesn’t make silicone cure or a 6-hour print finish any faster. 😂

My posted TAT is production time, and shipping time starts after your order is finished.

Made to order = made specifically for YOU. 🩵

Okay, I need opinions — especially from the MEN. 😂

Do y’all think men would willingly buy freshie charms for themselves… like actually see a set and think, “Yep, I need that hanging in my truck”?

OR are freshie charms generally just a girl thing and the only way a man is getting a set is because his wife/girlfriend bought it for him? 🤣

Because so far, I have yet to have a man buy a charm set for himself… but I’ve had PLENTY of wives or girlfriends buy sets for their husbands/boyfriends. 😂

I’ve got sports, hunting, blue collar, funny stuff, mascots, etc., so it’s not necessarily the designs.

So tell me — would your husband/boyfriend actually buy his own, or would you have to buy it for him? 👀

And men… be honest. 😂

😂 It’s 8:00 on Sunday night and I just set another 42 molds!

Which means I won’t still be standing here at 1:00 a.m. setting silicone molds... just to turn around and get back up at 5:00 a.m. for work. 😂🙌

WHOO HOO! It’s the little things, y’all!

Just a little glimpse into what a day at RFC actually looks like behind the scenes:

📦 About 2 hours packing orders

🔎 Another 2 hours finding 40–50 mold housings, getting everything set up, mixing silicone, and pouring molds

⏰ Then a minimum 4-hour set time

While those are setting, I’m usually setting up prints, baking freshies, painting finished charm sets, or working on other orders.

Then it’s back to the molds...

🧼 Demold, trim, and clean everything up — usually another 3 hours

And then I set up the next batch and start the whole process over again. 😂

There are A LOT of moving pieces happening at the same time around here, but seeing those order numbers climb and that backlog finally disappear makes it worth it.

I am SO CLOSE to being caught back up to my normal turnaround times!! 🙌🎉
