Wednesdays are for production and podcasts!

Summer always throws my work schedule off just a tad so when I get to have my “normal work days”, I get to catch up on my podcast listening. And I really wanted to share this one.

For the past 11-12 years I’ve been working hard for my positive mind set IYKYK!! There was a time when I would pride myself in being a pessimist. Finding every negative thing that I could bring to the situation just to prove a point. But what good did that do? I was only making the bad worse. I didn’t want to continue that way.

Changing your mindset takes WORK. But it’s the consistency and the desire to want to make that change that have helped me over the years get to where I am.

For this whole week (minus my birthday) if I’m not doing Ablution things, I’ve been going hard core into my granny craft era 🧶💕 There will be more on that later!! But I’ve been able to get caught up on my podcasts (and tv shows!) And this podcast I felt is a really good reminder of how the simplest things can have the biggest positive impacts in our lives. Most of these I’ve already been doing or have done but I really want to start trying out #5 (I think it’s 5) with the bed time alarm. We have a bedtime routine but it’s totally geared towards the kids and so I feel my personal routine just isn’t intentional. Anyways give it a listen to and let me know what you think!
