Introducing dedicated Optical styling appointments! 🕶️✨

To give our patients the personalized, one-on-one attention you deserve when choosing your next pair of glasses, we are moving to scheduled optical styling sessions starting July 1st.

Whether you’re picking out brand-new frames or putting fresh lenses into your favorite existing pair, please give us a call to schedule a dedicated time. This ensures our opticians can focus entirely on you without the rush of walk-in crowds!

Additionally, to help our hard-working optical and lab team wrap up the morning rush and recharge for the afternoon, our optical department will be closed for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, starting July 1st.

During this hour, frame styling, order pickups, adjustments, and repairs will be paused. Our main office remains dedicated to your care, and this brief pause ensures our team can serve you at 100% all day long!

We’ve got several new office policies coming into effect on July 1st 2026! Please be aware of these upcoming changes!

Missing an appointment means another patient misses out on seeing Dr. Wilson. To ensure fairness for our entire community, patients who miss 3 Scheduled Appointments in A Row will transition to Walk-In Status ONLY.

While we will no longer be able to pre-schedule appointments for these individuals, they are still very welcome to visit us as a walk-in and wait for potential openings in our schedule.

We’ve got several new office policies coming into effect on July 1st 2026! Please be aware of these upcoming changes!

To make sure we can accomodate everyone who needs care, we are updating our confirmation policy. We will now require ALL appointments to be confirmed atleast 24 Hours in advance.

If we don’t hear from you, your spot will be released to patients on our waiting list. Unconfirmed patients who arrive on the day of their appointment will be treated as walk-ins and seen ONLY if an opening becomes available. When you get our text or call, be sure to confirm!
