Why I do the dumpling thing.

I have moved around a lot in the past 10 years.

Baltimore, Upstate NY, NYC-adjacent, Russia, LA-adjacent, North Dakota, and now KY.

I am also a sucker for dumplings. Pasta-covered pillows filled with love.

While moving all over the place, it’s been hard to get really good potstickers outside of large metropolitan areas. After 10 years with few good options, I had had enough.
