We have some incredible new bookshelf vendors who have moved in this month. Starting with a space that small isn’t easy, so any love and attention you can give them is appreciated.
With a shop as full as this one, a good rule is to always look up. Look down. Open doors. Check every shelf. There are treasures upon treasures hidden throughout this place. Some are out in the open. Others are quietly waiting to be discovered. You just have to be willing to go on a treasure hunt to find them.

Baker Street Curiosity Shop isn’t for everyone—and that’s okay. But if it is for you, we’re so grateful you found us, and even more grateful that you’ve made us one of your regular stops.

Just wanted to share the amazing presents my daughter for me for my 55th birthday. She hand painted the Jean jacket with a portrait of Ozzy! And painted the shoes with UV reactive paint so I can glow in our black light room. Also added his book. A Ozzy and Randy t-shirt. An ultimate sin sign since that is the first show I ever saw him live. Even cut out black felt bats. I love that jacket and those shoes so much. Very happy on my 55th birthday. Thank you for all the comments and messages about my birthday. Made me feel so special. Love my customers and my family.

Sneak peak for tomorrow. I said I wasn’t coming in today because it’s the day before my birthday. We had such amazing treasures arriving today that I had too. So with the help of Deb, we made Magic Monday happen faster than it has ever has. Home early to see my family that came to visit for my birthday. Grateful for my shop. My family. My friends. My pets. Life is good. Thank you to our wonderful customers for keeping this weird business going for this long. We are not for everyone but for the people who love us we love you back 💯.

I’m turning 55 on Tuesday. So in celebration of my birthday and Baker Street Curiosity Shop going on it’s 14th year in business I have hidden 2 objects very special to me in the shop. The search days are Saturday and Sunday. The first item is a VW bus. In 1971 my parents took a cross country trip in their VW bus while my mom was pregnant. I was born 2 months early, so very lucky I wasn’t born in that bus. The second object is my Lego Ozzy figurine that I have hidden lots of times before. Wasn’t going to hide it again after he died. But when I was turning 15 my dad made my birthday wish come true and took me and my best friend to see Ozzy with Metallica opening in Charleston WV. Have loved him ever since. So if you find either of these 2 objects they are worth $55 cash each. If you find both you get $155 cash or a $200 gift card to the shop. Happy treasure hunting! Items are hidden right now so come see if you can find them.
