Returns
Sometimes things just don't work out how you pictured, especially when you are unable to try things on. So we try to make returns as easy as possible! Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt. If we still have the item in stock an exchange can be made but return shipping and shipping of the alternate size will be charged to the buyer. We
have limited stock of items so we make no promises that an exchange will be available. If no exchange is available only store credit will be issued. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and original tags MUST be attached. If items are returned worn, with makeup or deodorant on them, damaged or beyond the 14 day return period. You can ship the package back the most economical method possible, but you may want to purchase insurance and tracking for your package as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Live in Windsor NC, we offer free pickup at the storefront.
