Friendly Reminder: Our machines work hard, but sometimes they have a mind of their own. If you bring in your own item for customization, we cannot guarantee against damage or mistakes and are unable to replace customer-owned items. Whenever possible, we recommend purchasing your item through Stitch Haus so we can keep replacement stock available if something unexpected happens during production. Thank you for understanding!
