Where are all my Peridot babes?! 💚✨

August babies, today’s your last day to celebrate your birthstone! 😉

I’ve always loved peridot—not just because it’s my birthstone, but because I’ve always been drawn to that gorgeous green. And I especially love the way it looks paired with gold. 💚

We have these two beautiful peridot necklaces in the shop, just in time for my fellow August babies!

✨ A little behind-the-scenes look at the making of one of my art pieces… 🌙🦉

This piece actually started with an old wood board and frame, which I painted over and transformed into something completely new.

From there, I built it up layer by layer—painting the colorful moon and owl, adding each tiny little star by hand, and finally adding the words onto delicate cotton paper.

I love taking something that already has a history and giving it a whole new life.
And all those little details are what make each piece so special.

Have you seen this book?

We carry a beautiful and thought-provoking book called The Traveler and the Soul, and I wanted to share a little more about it with you.

Inspired by a true shared-death experience author Wes Filleman had with his grandmother during meditation, the book explores life, love, the soul, and what may exist beyond this life.

The first part is a beautifully illustrated story following the Traveler through a mysterious world between lives. Then Wes shares the true story and experiences that inspired the book.

It’s one of those books that makes you stop, think, wonder, and maybe see things from a different perspective.

A little peek behind the scenes at the Women’s Buying Show in downtown Chicago!

I spent the day shopping, scouting, and finding some fun new things for the shop! I was ordering for spring, along with a few holiday pieces and some immediate arrivals that we’ll be seeing sooner.

There was SO much to look at, and I definitely wasn’t able to get pictures of everything, but I grabbed a few clips to give you a little sneak peek at what’s coming. 👀

I’m always looking for those special pieces that fit our Randoons style—casual, comfortable, easy to wear, but still a little unique.
