I am also Macrame Art teacher and Sewing teacher. My DIY kits are in different difficulty levels for kids and adults. Kinder Threads US company was born as an idea to promote eco friendly, biodegradable materials in . They’re good for Earth, our nature and for the generations coming, and they are good for our skin. Our ancestors used the h**p fibers as early as in 8000 BC. It is easy to grow, it d
oesn’t need pesticides. Using pure h**p fibers or combining it with the other fibers like cotton means lower both the production cost and cost on our environment. More information about this amazing plant: naihc.org/h**p_information/h**p_facts.html
H**p fibers are very strong (3 times stronger than cotton), and very durable. Anti-microbial properties, UV resistance (10 times more than cotton), moisture wicking properties and breathability makes it perfect fiber for summer clothing and not only. My first experience was when I used h**p and bamboo terry for my diapers inserts. I was surprised with high absorption and softness, so I decided to try and make some h**p pants for my kids. They are wearing them while they’re active inside or outside. Every mom knows how dirty they can get. I washed them many times even in hot water and they’re still look great, and they get softer after each wash. My children’s clothing is created in a way to improve the child’s independence and active play. Easy on and off pants will let your child be independent while he is starting with potty training. I call them potty friendly pants. Front pleated pants are great for energic girls. She will love to wear these, feeling free to climb jump or slide. They are something between pants and skirt. I love to create my own pieces of clothing. I start from pattern making and cutting the fabric to sewing and adjusting the pattern until I am happy with the final product. Every piece of garment is made in my house workshop by me. I use professional sewing machine for every piece. Most of my pieces are labeled with size and care label. Some of my clothing is dyed with natural dyes (cochineal, indigo, etc) . I also use low impact paints for my creations. I am also a sewing and Macramé teacher teaching classes through local recreation centers, libraries. Currently since the Covid-19 shattered my plans a bit, and my teaching classes are not running except for some of them through zoom, I decided to make different Craft kits For people to make at their homes. Craft is my passion and I do like to use my knowledge to help other people to learn to make something for themselves too. Macramé is an amazing craft that really can bring a little a bit of sunshine into our Home interiors or to our personal image. It is also quite easy to make.
