Carts expire one hour from when you first commented. If you REALLY, REALLY want an item that has landed on your waitlist you can preauthorize your card. All you need to do is go to the waitlisted item and click Preauthorize Card. You’ll need to have a valid credit card loaded to your account to do this. You will then be bumped to the top of the waitlist. If the item comes available your card will automatically be charged and the item shipped or readied for local pickup depending on what you have chosen. Please manage your waitlist as we watch the closely and try to restock. Only 10 items can be waitlisted at a time. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS
We welcome returns that are in our possession within 15 days of the date your order was received if shipped and within 15 days of initial payment if local pickup. We offer store credit only and do not issue refunds. All returns must be in the same shape as we shipped them (tags attached, unworn, unwashed, no odor). Shoes must be returned in the original box and box not taped or used as the shipping container. Many times we do not ship shoes in a box due to excessive shipping charges. If you require a box please let us know and we will adjust shipping cost. Discounted items, Sale items, Grab Bags, Jewelry, and Doorbusters and purchases made using a discount code are all FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for returns. We are unable to offer exchanges due to our items selling fast. If you would like to guarantee an item in a different size please purchase the in stock item. Allow 5-7 business days to process your return once we have received it. We LOVE when you add your friends or share our page on your newsfeed. We also love when you tag us in pictures doing life in LoveWell outfits. How do I track my order? Once an order has been shipped an email will be sent with tracking information. What if a package has been shipped, but is missing? Follow the usps.com protocol for filing a missing package claim. We also recommend speaking directly with your local usps office. LoveWell Boutique is not responsible for stolen/missing packages. Please provide a safe place for packages to be delivered. We will do everything possible to get orders safely to you.
