Here we go again! Friendly fraud is not a “free refund.” It is the act of knowingly placing an order and then disputing the charge as unauthorized. For custom businesses like ours, this can have serious financial consequences.
Our shop is built entirely around custom orders. Customers actively select multiple customization options, review our policies, and must read and agree to our Terms & Conditions before payment can even be submitted. It is not possible to accidentally place an order.
If a chargeback is filed claiming fraud, we fully cooperate with the bank’s investigation and provide documentation demonstrating customer participation, including order details, customization selections, messages, emails, photos, production records, shipping information, and delivery confirmation when applicable.
We understand that circumstances change, and we’re always happy to have respectful conversations to see what solutions may be available. But filing a false fraud claim isn’t the answer. Calling us ableist bec we’re following our policies that many other shops have as well in place, does not make us against you. We do not tolerate being threatened and nor should we.
Please support small businesses by communicating openly, honoring the commitments you make, and treating others with the same respect you’d hope to receive. Kindness and honesty go much further than hostility ever will. If you threaten us with chargebacks we will share your name on the pages where shops only are apart of and place you in a seller beware list. Just as people blacklist shops because you didn’t get your way, we can blacklist individuals as well. Shops work closer together then one might think. And if you don’t like our policies in place you have the choice to not purchase from us. Please, when purchasing from anywhere, actually READ the TOCs and Refund Policies!
