I’ve told you before how each custom bag takes more work than a bag I design from scratch, but have I told you why?

With a fresh design, work goes into each step, the stitching color, leather color, interior, structure, hardware, all of it. To quote my niece, “it’s all the decisions in the world, huh?” Yes, yes it is, but I’m doing it based off my own design, vibes, and daily mood.

When I make a custom bag for a client, I do all the design decisions, but I rethink everything bc I’m not doing it for me, I’m doing it for you! I want it to reflect what you want, what I see for you, and also dealing with the unexpected design chaos that happens, like a rouge heat embosser.

I work extra hard to make sure your dream bag comes to life for you!

Making something for you is way more pressure than making it for me. Is that eldest daughter perfectionism?! Can I blame this stress on my mother 😆

But I love making them! Just a little slower this season 🪡

Today I did a summer Closet Cleanse with a client.
One client, one day, and her existing closet, I styled 73 new looks… out of what she already owns.

Seventy-three. That’s the whole summer season basically. Already picked out, and in her fashion file on her phone.

One day, 73 new looks!

Talk about return on investment 😉

Do not buy another thing before you call me. You have new looks to wear, you juts haven’t styled them yet.

Seriously. Call me.

I love a beautiful arrangement from a florist. The artistry is so special, and I love seeing what they come up with!

But there a joy in buying out Traders Joe’s and creating your own gifts too!!! I got ALL the flowers to make a bunch of special gifts for some special mothers this weekend.

Just because you aren’t my mother, doesn’t mean you don’t mother me too! From my aunts, and my godmother, grandmothers, and mentors, and the friends I call bc I don’t remember which is for headaches and which is for inflammation thank you for all you do!

Happy Mother’s Day

Ps. If you are raising any of the littles I love, please come over. I owe you a glass of Rosé and home cooked meal for doing all the hard things so I can show up and hug and time out your kids 😉

Pps. Yes, I will come over and tell your kids to clean their room, unload the dishwasher and “help your mother” and if need be put them in time out. All you need to do is ask 💕

Mornings feel better, look better, and go better when your closet chaos is solved.

Let me explain.

Closet chaos is common, but I don’t think it should be normal. You have a closet full of nothing to wear, not bc you need to go shopping, it’s bc it’s overwhelming, disorganized, and too much.

You’ve lived like this for years… but you don’t have to.
