East Ridge Gold 14AA earned a 3rd Place finish at the East Ridge Classic this past weekend. The boys battled through the summer heat, shared plenty of laughs, and put together an impressive 4-1-1 record on the weekend. East Ridge capped off the tournament with a 19-2 victory over Lake Elmo in the 3rd Place game.

Beyond the results on the field, the team also demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship throughout the weekend. After one of the games, the players spent time hanging out with the Mankato team, building friendships and showing what youth baseball is all about.

The team continued to improve with each game and represented East Ridge Baseball with pride. Congratulations to the players and families on a great tournament and a well-earned 3rd Place finish!

14A secured their state tournament bids with an impressive 2nd place finish!

14A competed in the South St. Paul Tournament this weekend and put it all out there on the field. They entered bracket play undefeated and won the semifinal game to advance to the championship game.

In pool play, the players flipped their first game in the sixth inning by scoring 8 runs to take the lead. In the second game, they never backed down from their lead for a 14-3 victory against West St. Paul. In the final pool play game, the players secured a W against Minneapolis Millers with another strong performance that was highlighted by a six-run inning. The players continued to shine in bracket play by showcasing determination at the plate, solid defense in the field, and cheering each other on!

ERAA 12aa gold has done it again! The boys won their third championship in three tournaments by winning this year’s East Ridge Classic. This was the toughest tournament yet, and acted as a mini state tournament as the competition was stacked with perennial power house teams, including both of last years state champions and multiple teams that placed. The boys won with excellent pitching, hitting and defense. The boys had 64 hits and a team batting average over .500, and outscored opponents 57-21.

Just as impressive has been the way they continue to play together. Their positive attitude, strong team bond, and playing for one another helps drives their success.

12AAA Conquered the Competition
The East Ridge 12U AAA team brought home some more hardware! Despite being down to only 9 players this weekend, the boys battled through the summer heat and played outstanding baseball all weekend long. Their preparation, hard work, and teamwork paid off with a championship finish at the Lakeville Invitational. Congratulations boys!!

9AAA wrapped up the weekend with a strong 2-1 record, battling hard in every game and earning a 2nd-place finish at the Edina Classic.

The tournament was highlighted by some big offensive moments, including our first inside-the-park grand slam that energized the team. It was followed by a bases-clearing triple in the same inning that helped break the game open and seal the victory in the semi-final game in 4 innings. We also had stellar pitching in high pressure situations throughout the weekend.

Proud of the effort, teamwork, and resilience shown by everyone. This team has finished in the top three at each tournament to date, so we’re going to keep building on this momentum as we head into our next tournament this coming weekend.

10A Gold secures their MYAS bid in Duluth!

10A Gold traveled to Duluth this weekend for baseball fun and adventures! While on the field the boys went undefeated in pool play and advanced to the championship game on Sunday. Although falling short of a championship, they did secure their Gopher State bid with a second place finish!

The team spent a ton of time together and made great memories of our travel tournament weekend. This team truly has a bond! Go Raptors!!!

The East Ridge 10AA Raptors punched a ticket after an outstanding championship weekend on their home fields! After opening the tournament with a tough loss against Minnetonka, the team responded with grit and determination, going unbeaten the rest of the way and finishing with an impressive 18-8 victory over Minnetonka in the championship game.

The Raptors showcased a powerful offense, scoring 95 runs over six games, while getting key contributions up and down the lineup, strong pitching performances, and strong defense throughout the tournament.

Most importantly, this group never stopped competing. Their resilience, teamwork, and positive attitude helped turn an early setback into a championship celebration.

Congratulations to our players, coaches, and families on an incredible accomplishment.

East Ridge 12A Black brought home the Championship this weekend at the Eagan Summer Crash Tournament! 🏆⚾️☀️

Battling through the summer heat, the Raptors went 2-0-1 in pool play, defeating Wayzata and Hastings while tying Chaska to earn the #1 seed heading into Sunday’s bracket play.

Despite the high temperatures, East Ridge came out ready to compete. Their defense was locked in, the bats were hot, and their energy and perseverance were on full display all day. The Raptors defeated Eagan in the semifinals and Minneapolis Millers in the championship game to take home championship rings, hats, and added their name to the tournament trophy.
