Just like that it was August, the 2026 season was over and ERAA Baseball said farewell and good luck to another set of boys—

15AA wrapped up their ERAA baseball careers at the Gopher State Tourney down in Austin and finished strong with a win over Becker. Lots of fun was had by both the boys and the families!

Saying goodbye to a chapter in baseball and on to new adventures and seasons. Thank you coaches and families for all you gave to ERAA Baseball these years.

With guidance from MYAS and Gopher League, all ERAA Baseball activities scheduled for outside will be cancelled today (July 16th). Communications have been sent to coaches and coaching staff will be in touch with families.

We will continue to monitor the air quality and communications from MYAS and Gopher League, providing updates as needed. Please watch for communications from coaching staff if you have tournaments or league playoff games scheduled. Air quality is forecasted to improve but delays and alterations to game play may be in effect.

Minnesota Youth Athletic Services, Inc. (MYAS) was organized in 1991 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the delivery of youth sports services to young athletes, coaches and parents.

What a weekend for the Raptor 9AAA squad.

In our first State Tournament the boys put together six incredible games showcasing explosive offense, relentless energy, and the grit of a championship-caliber team. They mercy-ruled three opponents, piling up an astounding 79 runs while collecting 13 doubles and 5 triples, putting constant pressure on opposing defenses from the first pitch to the last.

When bracket play began, the challenge only got tougher—but so did this team. They knocked off the tournament's No. 1 seed in the opening round, proving they belonged among the best. They carried that momentum all the way to the championship game, where they battled until the final out before falling just short.

While the tournament ended with a Runner-Up finish, the way this team competed speaks volumes. They played fearless baseball, supported one another every inning, and represented their families, coaches, and community with pride.

A championship trophy would have been the perfect ending, but there's no question this team left its mark. Finishing second in the Gopher State Tournament of Champions after six outstanding games is an accomplishment to celebrate—and one that shows just how bright the future is for this group!

Congratulations to the players, coaches, and families on an unforgettable (and very hot) tournament. One more State Tournament and League Playoffs to go! Keep building, keep competing, and keep believing. The best is still ahead! ⚾🏆
