Winemaker Stephanie Cohen has created a tasting flight of three red wines, and paired them with decadent Italian chocolates.

Half of the proceeds from each flight sold will be donated to the Alliance of Women in Washington Wine. The Alliance supports women in the wine industry around Washington; this includes students, winemakers, winery owners, and many more.

It’s a pretty chill vibe at Buddy’s Place Buddy's Place in Manson. Mom loves the battered fish and chips which are done to perfection. The burgers are juicy, the fries are tasty, and the margaritas go down easy. It’s right on the main street in Manson with a dog friendly patio. And the onion rings? Crispy, sweet, impossible to share. It’s the only place I eat onion rings, they are just perfect.

For more than 25 years, Dr. Bob Jankelson has poured his heart into creating something truly special at Tsillan Cellars. Today, we’re honored to share the next chapter of that story.

Dr. Bob has thoughtfully entrusted ownership of Tsillan Cellars to Ronan and Gillian Walsh, local Manson residents who share his passion for the winery, the people, and the Lake Chelan community.

While a new chapter begins, the heart of Tsillan Cellars remains the same. Dr. Bob will continue as our Founder and Ambassador, remaining an active presence around the winery, just as he always has. Our award-winning wines, talented team, Sorrento’s Ristorante, weddings, events, and the welcoming experience you’ve come to know and love will continue.

Originally from Ireland, Ronan and Gillian have proudly called Manson home since 2020 and are deeply rooted in the Lake Chelan community. They are committed to honoring everything Dr. Bob built while thoughtfully investing in the future and stewarding Tsillan Cellars for generations to come.

Dr. Bob’s legacy is not ending, it is the foundation on which this next chapter is being built. To our wine club members, guests, and community, thank you for being part of our story. We can’t wait to welcome you for this exciting new chapter.
