In October, one of my closest friends asked me to make their wedding earrings. I had never done custom earrings; I had never made bridal earrings. Regardless of that, I was to make for her the most spectacular set of earrings ever.

We had a FaceTime call and I wrote down what she wanted. To summarize:
•big and chunky - let it peep through her hair
•white okay
•compliment her ring - Citrine
•reflect her flowing dress and the many, many different types of flowers
•incorporate the Filipino sun for her groom
•my bride loves hoops and wanted a fishhook-type closure

These photos commemorate the process—From selection of materials to final product.

It was an honor to be a bridesmaid and to have made this special product. They looked gorgeous day of the wedding!

So, truth be told, my husband and I have a black Christmas tree, which we decorate with black, silver, and some red ornaments and decor, as well as some other random things.

The thought of a snow covered tree does bring me some joy though! How cute…how messy, probably.

These trees come without the mess of a live tree and will look absolutely adorable. Their blue bows are stunning and their snowflakes are subtle but stand out.

I feel like I’m just getting started with these festive holiday styles, but I couldn’t wait to share these!

Trees are definitely my favorite to make. I wanted to try something new with the Santa beards and hats. I’ve been waiting a while to finally add some snowflakes. I may make more in different colors, too.
