Just a reminder, when the chain is across the entrance to our driveway, we are CLOSED to the public.

If the gate is closed at the back entrance to the Woodland Action Thrift Store ramp the store is CLOSED to the public.

The store is open Tuesday and Thursday for any last minute decorations or BBQ items you might need.

This Saturday is a non distribution day so we are closed.

The Woodland Action Thrift Store will also be closed Saturday in observance of Planters Days.

Friday from 9am-6pm the Annual Yard Sale will be happening in the courtyard.

We hope you have had a chance to meet the 2026 Woodland Planters Days Royal Court and buy a raffle ticket or two from them to help in their final journey leading up to the coronation of Miss Woodland 2026. They will look forward to seeing you during the big event. They will still be helping and riding in and judging parades, the pet parade, car shows, and bed races, for a start.

Both the store and food bank will be closed Saturday in celebration of the Woodland Planters Days Celebration

As a reminder, food distribution is on the 2nd & 4th Saturdays of the month from 8am-3pm.
For your convenience, this year we have been handing out 12 month calendars at checkout with the dates marked. Please feel free to ask for one.

The Cowlitz County Veterans Relief Fund (VRF) supports local veterans, their families, and families of deceased indigent veterans.

You may be eligible for assistance with:
• Food
• Housing & utilities
• Medical & counseling expenses
• School supplies & tuition
• Natural disaster assistance
• Burial/death expenses

The program is supported by the Board of Cowlitz County Commissioners and administered by Cowlitz County Health & Human Services in accordance with RCW Chapter 73.08.

That means on days when the food bank is closed, our thrift store team may not have the answers or access to help with food services.
